Heritage walks and expert talks

Our walks and talks program covers a wide range of subjects, with an emphasis on architecture and the built environment.

We generally hold a walk or talk every few weeks, so keep en eye on our Eventbrite page. Even if you’re not a member, you’re welcome to attend.

In 2022, during the October Long Weekend, we explored the streetscapes of Orange. Dr Roy Lumby led a series of heritage walks, and you can read about them and explore a photo gallery.

In 2023, we headed out to Cowra and Canowindra. In 2024, Newcastle was our destination.

We explored Albury in 2025, and in 2026 we’re heading out west to Parkes and Forbes.
